With more than 22 years of work experience, Mukul has extensively partnered with CEOs and Senior Executives, Project and Cross functional teams and Systems (small, medium and large scale organizations) to facilitate complex business transformation and change.
His areas of expertise include strengthening organization effectiveness through diagnosing organizational performance issues (Structure, Competency, Talent) – designing and implementing large-scale transformational journeys, talent strategies, as well as senior team and leadership development and coaching, transformation and change management. Mukul also has extensive experience in Talent Pipeline Management and Employee Engagement.

Prior to establishing his own consulting practice, Mukul was associated with EMC asan Internal Organization Development Consultant. His responsibilities included working with the senior business leaders in identifying,designing and deploying interventions to strengthen organization performance, and spearheading the design and deployment of the India Centre focused Hi Po development initiatives. He co-created leadership effectiveness practices for the India leadership team. Before joining EMC, Mukul was Head – Talent & Organization Development – in GVK Infrastructure, where he designed and implemented talent and organization development strategies.
Mukul’s industry experience includes IT and Services ( Infosys, Dell Technologies, Xoriant, Emids and EMC), Semiconductor (LAM Research), Infrastructure (Gammon India, GVK, L&T), Financial Services(AGS Technologies, RBL Bank), Manufacturing (ASB International, Allana Industries, Schneider, ThyssenKrupp India), Not for Profit Organizations (Education – DEFY, Social Awareness -Responsible Netism), Small Scale industries (Finance Advisory, Engineering Solutions Consulting) and Education (Indian Institute of Management – Ahmedabad, Tata Institute of Social Science, NagindasKhandwala College, Mumbai etc).
Besides this, Mukul is also associated with senior executives from Insurance, ITES and Data Storage companies as an Executive Coach.
He has led multiple enterprise-wide business transformations such as strengthening employee engagement of a 100,000 strong company, and redesigning talent recruitment and development strategy to prepare the business for its overseas expansion.
Initiatives included selection,recruitment and development of the senior team including the CEO, on-boarding the new leaders, competency framework design, assessment and development of its members, and on-going support of the change journey.
Some of Mukul’s recent work include projects such as supporting the MD and senior team of a precision manufacturing company in the formulation of a culture change roadmap and execution of the roadmap along withthe HR team, restructuring the performance management process and transitioning it on to the new ITplatform for an IT services company.
Mukul leads the HiPo Development programs at the India arm of an MNC and has been their lead change-agent forthe last 6 years. He has facilitated and coached development of over 750+ leaders in the last 5 years.
With the academia, Mukul serves on the Boards of Studies (Psychology) of an AutonomousEducation Institution.
Currently, he is Director-ODCP (Organization Development Certification Program) of ISABS (Indian Society forApplied Behavioural Science) – a national, voluntary society of behavioural scientists
Mukul holds a Ph.D. from The M.S. University of Baroda in Psychology. He currently resides in Pune, Maharashtra.
